Amaferm® is an extract of a non-pathogenic strain of the fungus Aspergillus oryzae. Our selected proprietary strain is obtained from a deep culture, multi-stage fermentation method, at a Safe Feed/ Safe Food, HACCP and FAMI QS-certified facility.

The product is considered by the United States Food and Drug Administration as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe).

It is approved for use in the European Union (Commission Regulation (EC) No 537/2007 of 15 May 2007), and it complies with all United States Department of Agriculture regulations required for use in ‘non-antibiotic’ feeding and marketing claims.
