Matt Williamson, Saint Joseph, Missouri, and TJ Campbell, Brownsburg, Indiana, are the newest hires to the BioZyme® Inc. leadership team. Williamson is the Vice President of Business Development. Campbell is the Director of Sales Diversification. In their roles, they will work with the global animal nutrition and fermentation company to help grow sales and develop strategies across the BioZyme family of brands.

Meet Matt Williamson
Williamson brings extensive experience in strategic planning, business management, consulting, collegiate-level coaching, and sales to his role as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, he is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable revenue growth through sales excellence and market expansion. This role integrates sales leadership with business development to optimize performance, strengthen commercial infrastructure, and unlock current and new revenue streams.
“I’ve been aware of BioZyme and have known Lisa and Bob [Norton] for many years. I’m looking forward to being part of a high-quality, morally driven team. BioZyme is like a well-oiled machine that is highly thought of in the community, and I’m really excited to think I can be a part of the team building and revenue-generating in the future here,” Williamson said.
Williamson earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a teaching certificate in Biology from Missouri Western State University, followed by a master’s degree in Administration from Northwest Missouri State University. He spent 26 years coaching college football across numerous states before transitioning into sales — a move that allowed him more time with his family. He and his wife of 26 years, Andrea, have two sons, Zach and Brock. In his free time, Williamson enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and duck hunting.
Meet TJ Campbell
As the Director of Sales Diversification, Campbell offers a wealth of sales and business analysis experience to BioZyme. In this newly created position, he will create and implement the strategies and teamwork needed to ensure BioZyme achieves its goal of sales diversification. His past experiences include time with Antares Custom Saddles/ Sellerie de France, Devoucoux, and the World Equestrian Center.
“I couldn’t be more excited to pursue my passion for sales and am enthusiastic about using my skills and network to diversify the companion animal brands, including equine, dog, cat, sheep goat and poultry. I believe in Amaferm, as we have used the Vitalize products and have seen them work. Furthermore, this is a company where everyone’s opinions are heard. I couldn’t think of a better place to be,” Campbell said.
Campbell is a lifelong equine enthusiast who hails from a multigenerational equestrian family. Spending his formative years in Michigan, training in a high-level barn, both his mom and sister are professional horse trainers. Although he shares a passion for riding, his interests always leaned more toward the business of sales, equipment, farm, and event management.
He is married to Taylor – also an avid show jumping equestrian – with two sons, JT and Logan. He enjoys supporting their endeavors, which include competitive riding, football, and soccer. They live in the greater Indianapolis area.
