We do have a new <a href=\"https:\/\/dealers.backofficeapps.com\/samm-center\/products\/3322\">VitaFerm\u00ae hoodie<\/a> and Vitalize\u00ae \u00bc-zip in, as well as a variety of caps and t-shirts in stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UPDATES MADE TO OUR TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To provide the most efficient customer service, we have updated our <a href=\"https:\/\/dealers.backofficeapps.com\/orders\/new\">Supplement Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a>, which you see each time you place an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be aware that our payment terms have updated from 2%15 days net 30. They are now 2%10 days net 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overweight Trucks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a truck returns or refuses the complete order due to being overweight, the customer will be subject to an unloading and restocking fee. This fee will be a minimum of $250 and will be assessed based on the resources required to complete the unloading and restocking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 All orders may be changed in the first 24 hours after they are received. After 24 hours have passed, orders may not be changed without a significant fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 All orders must be a minimum of 2.5 Tons or 2 full pallets. All VitaFerm\u00ae and Gain Smart\u00ae products are subject to full pallet quantities. The only bagged products that can be ordered in less than full pallet quantities are DuraFerm\u00ae, Sure Champ\u00ae and Vitalize\u00ae branded products. All tubs are subject to full pallet quantities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A minimum order of 1 pallet of bagged products will be accepted if the order contains a pallet topper. Pallet toppers with a pallet topper item total &gt; $300 will ship for free. Orders that do not meet the $300 pallet topper requirement will be subject to a $30 pallet topper fee.
