To use Promoboxx to its full capacity, we suggest connecting your business&#8217; Facebook and Twitter accounts. The system is not connecting the personal profile to post content, it is connecting the personal profile to ensure that you are the admin of the page that you want to connect. Our system cannot post to personal profiles, only business pages. If you are not the admin of the business page, please contact your admin to authorize your profile as an admin or have them follow these steps.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Enable all permissions in the middle column, select the correct Facebook page on the right and click add this page<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4419\" src=\"http:\/\/biozymeinc.com\/dealer-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/01\/Picture1-3-300x173.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"359\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/biozymeinc.com\/dealer-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/01\/Picture1-3-300x173.png 300w, https:\/\/biozymeinc.com\/dealer-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/01\/Picture1-3.png 706w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 359px) 100vw, 359px\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Check off the box under Connected to ensure you can use the content available from the brands on your account. <a href=\"https:\/\/support.promoboxx.com\/article\/106-what-is-campaign-automation\" rel=\"nofollow\">Auto-share<\/a> is an optional feature that enables brands to post content onto your business page on your behalf. Once you select the correct boxes and see check marks, press save.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4422\" src=\"http:\/\/biozymeinc.com\/dealer-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/01\/Picture1-6-300x147.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"337\" height=\"165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/biozymeinc.com\/dealer-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/01\/Picture1-6-300x147.png 300w, https:\/\/biozymeinc.com\/dealer-center\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2020\/01\/Picture1-6.png 697w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 337px) 100vw, 337px\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><strong>Can I create my own posts while also using Promoboxx?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Yes, you can create your own posts in Facebook as normal while also using Promoboxx.\u00a0 They can be used in tandem.\u00a0 You would log-in to Promoboxx to review brand provided content and schedule your shares as you see fit.\u00a0 You would then build and post any other shares via your Facebook instance directly.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Can I use Promoboxx content but post\/publish to Facebook myself?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Yes, if the brand has provided downloadeable assets as part of a campaign, you can download the assets and publish\/post them via your social channels outside of Promoboxx.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Additional Resources <\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>Promoboxx Academy for Retailers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"https:\/\/support.promoboxx.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Promoboxx Academy for Retailers<\/a>, you can find articles, videos tutorials, how-to\u2019s, FAQs, and more on everything Promoboxx.
