Upselling is persuading the customer to upgrade their product or buy a more expensive version of it. How do you upsell? Let\u2019s stick with the cell phone example. If you\u2019re about to buy the model with 32GB of storage space, the online store can suggest you get the one with 64GB or 128GB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
