The registration process of the new ingredient requires product name changes to several products:<br><ul><li>VitaFerm\u00ae Concept\u2022Aid\u00ae 5\/S IGR will now be VitaFerm\u00ae Concept\u2022Aid\u00ae 5\/S with Clarifly\u00ae<br><\/li><li>VitaFerm\u00ae HEAT\u00ae IGR will now be VitaFerm\u00ae HEAT\u00ae with Clarifly\u00ae<br><\/li><li>VitaFerm\u00ae Concept\u2022Aid\u00ae 5\/S CTC 3G IGR will now be VitaFerm\u00ae Concept\u2022Aid\u00ae 5\/S CTC 3G with Clarifly\u00ae<br><\/li><li>To prepare for this transition, we will not be manufacturing IGR products in December 2020 or January 2021 but will have product on the floor on a first come, first served basis.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>ORDERING<\/strong><\/strong> UPDATES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Starting January 1, 2021, when creating an order that will be a customer pickup, instead of defaulting to &#8220;I want it as soon as possible,&#8221; the order system will now require you to select a date that you are going to pick up the order. Any orders that are not picked up within 5 days may incur additional handling fees.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>SHIPPING UPDATES<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>FREIGHT CLAIM REMINDER:<\/strong>&nbsp;Please remember that you MUST notate what was damaged and sign the delivery receipt in order to submit a freight claim.
