Mike Wadle has been with BioZyme since 2008. He grew up in South Central Iowa on the family farm. He attended Simpson College to play basketball and then transferred to Iowa State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Ag Studies/Farm Operation. Mike enjoys getting to travel the U.S. for BioZyme and meeting different types of people with different challenges. He says that is what makes every day different and exciting. He resides in Altoona, Iowa with his wife of 32 years, Anne, and they have two adult children, Kaden and Faith. Mike said he like to babysit his two grandchildren and see the attitude of his grandson exactly like his father growing up - what comes around goes around! He shares his career and personal goals: make Amaferm the most known feed additive in the U.S., and start a family farm-direct meat business to keep the family farm going.
