Tyler Rouse is the Director of Marketing. Tyler earned both his degrees from Kansas State University, an undergraduate degree in Marketing and an MBA with emphasis on Agribusiness.  He previously worked for John Deere in various positions of increasing responsibility where he enjoyed managing others across the various disciplines of:  B2C Sales, Location Planning, Retail Showroom Development, Dealer Development, Strategic & Tactical Marketing, and Dealer Digital Capability Expectations for high performing Dealers across U.S. and Canada.  Tyler worked at John Deere out of the Midwest for the last 16 years, and most recently was the Director of Business Development at American Implement in Southwest Kansas before coming to BioZyme.  Some of his proudest moments have been becoming a proud father of 3 amazing critters (what he calls his children) – identical twins Emma Monroe, Nora Carlene, and his son Wilder Corvin.  His favorite hobbies include coaching his sons sports teams, supporting his daughters events (ballet and dance), hunting, fishing, camping, and genuinely anything that gets him and his children outdoors in nature making memories together.  He enjoys rooting for his lifelong fandom of the Kansas City Chiefs, Manchester United Football Club, F1 Racing, and Kansas City Royals.
